1. Warranty Coverage

Lerin Tools provides a 2-year limited warranty on all our Products from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for two years. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance: This includes but is not limited to, using the Products outside of their intended purpose or against the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Normal wear and tear: All Products are subject to wear and tear with regular use, and this is not covered under warranty.
- Damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications: Any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs, or from accidents, is not covered.
- Consumable items: Items that are expected to be replaced periodically due to normal wear, are not covered by this warranty.
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions: Warranty claims will not be accepted if the Product has not been maintained as per the instructions provided by Lerin Tools.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the defect or issue with the Product.
4. Return the Product: If requested, return the Product to us for inspection. We will provide instructions for the return process.
(Please note any warranty returns must be made through the agent in which the product was sold at.)

5. Resolution

Upon receipt of your warranty claim, we will inspect the Product to determine if it is covered under warranty. If the claim is valid, we may:
- Repair: Repair the Product at no charge.
- Replace: Replace the Product with a new or refurbished item of equivalent value.
- Refund: Issue a refund for the Product if repair or replacement is not feasible.

6. Limitations

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to, loss of time, loss of profits, or other financial loss.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in the courts of Australia
